Ingredients
  • 3 oz Benvolio Prosecco (chilled)
  • 1 oz elderflower liqueur
  • Mint sprig
  • 1 oz club soda (chilled)
  • Ice

Preparation
  1. Add elderflower liquor and mint sprig into a wine glass. Gently muddle and let sit.
  2. Add ice, Benvolio Prosecco, club soda, and stir to combine.
  3. Garnish with mint sprig and lemon wheel.
